Roof Neighbor is a real, live product: the quiz, concern-level report, insurance check, roofer directory, and neighborhood storm map ship today at roofneighbor.com. These docs are also the spec for the planned interactive hail/storm visuals and the derived content that drives traffic without depending on Google. Every feature page carries a status badge — Shipped, Partial, or Planned — so you always know what exists versus what is described as-if-it-works for a build agent to implement. What it is

A consumer-protection tool disguised as a 3-minute roof quiz for Tulsa-metro homeowners. Ground-level questions in, a plain-English concern level out, and — when warranted — local roofers ranked on license standing and community trust, not ad spend. Free, anonymous, no account.

How it works

Quiz → concern level → optional insurance check → independently-ranked roofer match, all client-side with no homeowner database. Public-data hail visuals (planned) feed the top of the funnel: hyper-local, unbranded, built to be shared.
